Will Gon get Nen again?
Though he's living and breathing, Gon is now no longer able to use Nen and must either navigate a new path to become a Hunter or find some way to get his powers back. It's an interesting redemption story that will hopefully see some closure for the series' protagonist.
Does Alluka restore Gon's Nen?
Alluka was able to save Gon, and it's definitely possible that either some Hunter has the capability to restore Gon's Nen, or that somewhere in the Dark Continent there will be a way of restoring it. If you think about it deeply, Gon really didn't lose his Nen per se. He just lost the ability to "use" it.

Does Gon Die? No, Gon does not die. He may be burnt to a crisp because it was too late when he realized that his Jajanken blast was swallowing the forest and him; but he was revived thanks to Nanika.

- When he finally had a chance to talk with his father on top of the world tree his father examined him with his senses and told his son that he is now “normal” in other words he has returned to the state he was before learning nen.

- They are seen leaving meteor city after their chimera ant battles so they may come back to face a bigger threat in this form.
Why did Gon trade his life for his Nen?
- This vow construed of him trading all of his life source ( His life and nen using power) to get the power of which his body would have required years of training to develop naturally. But this temporarily surge of power would mean that he would lose his life afterwards.
