Nope. Although someone bumps into Boruto and he gets pushed into Sarada, she apparently puts up her foot in time to catch his face. So Boruto ends up kissing the sole of her shoe and not Sarada. The angle they show us is just a tease because the next panel confirms they didnt actually kiss.
