She's #1 in the cycle all over again. So the next Avatars after her will still be reincarnations of Raava(she's the key part) in new human forms, but the line of previous Avatars they will be able to go back and speak to stops with Korra. None of the previous Avatars from Wan to Aang are in the mix anymore.
