O Processo de Aprovação de Peças de Produção, mais conhecido por sua sigla PPAP, é um conjunto de condições básicas destinado a indústrias que produzem peças e prestam serviços de mercadorias, presentes no Manual APQP-PPAP da AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group).
Como funciona o PPAP?
O Processo de Aprovação de Peça de Produção (PPAP) é um processo padronizado nas indústrias automotiva e aeroespacial que ajuda fabricantes e fornecedores a se comunicarem e aprovarem projetos e processos de produção antes, durante e depois da fabricação.
Quais são os níveis de PPAP?
Os 5 níveis de PPAP:
- Primeiro Nível – Pedido de Submissão de Peça (PSW) submetido ao cliente;
- Segundo Nível – PSW com amostras de produtos e dados de suporte limitados;
- Terceiro Nível – PSW com amostras de produtos e dados de suporte completos;
- Quarto Nível – PSW e outros requisitos conforme definido pelo cliente.
