Is the Naruto Sora arc canon?

Yes, Sora is Canon. However, he exists solely inside a filler arc, and was never mentioned outside of said arc. If he never existed, it would've hardly changed the story of Shippuden. So technically, he is Canon but not so that he played a crucial role in the show, or a role at all.
