Is frozen Ever After worth a FastPass?
We'd recommend a FastPass+ for around noon, to give yourself time to do Soarin' Around the World and Test Track prior to Frozen Ever After. This is also still early enough that you can secure “bonus” FastPass+ after doing Frozen Ever After.

Unlike “it's a small world” or Epcot's Gran Fiesta Tour, this slow-moving boat ride sent guests backwards and then later down a small dip.

Is Frozen at Epcot worth the wait?
Frozen Ever After is the kind of E-ticket attraction that justifies any amount of wait. So, it IS worth any time you spend in line. You may consider a Rope Drop approach, though.

In addition to all outdoor attractions being closed, some indoor attractions are closed as well. Frozen Ever After is currently closed due to a power surge at EPCOT. The attraction had power when we visited but is not currently operating.
