Odin was the great magician among the gods and was associated with runes. He was also the god of poets. In outward appearance he was a tall, old man, with flowing beard and only one eye (the other he gave in exchange for wisdom). He was usually depicted wearing a cloak and a wide-brimmed hat and carrying a spear.
Why is Kratos so strong?
- Kratos is super strong because of his agoge training and his demi-godhood (he's about as strong as Herakles or Achilles). Help from the gods clearly contributes too, but it's his rage against Ares that pushes him to the limit in the end.
Does Kratos have a weakness?
- Kratos' rage , arguably his greatest strength (as we just saw, it allowed him to literally get out of the Underworld), is also his greatest weakness. Sure, in-game, Kratos' Spartan Rage is incredibly powerful, and if you've played the games, it's probably gotten you out of a few tough spots.
Is Kratos a hero or a villain?
- He may have been portrayed as a protagonist hero/villain in the God of War Series, but to both Raiden and Fujin, Kratos was just a hero. According to his in-game story, Kratos was summoned to the Mortal Kombat universe by Shao Kahn to participate in the Mortal Kombat tournament. Kratos fights with the Blades of Exile, the Nemean Cesti, the Head of Helios, the Bow of Apollo, the Icarus Wings, the Golden Fleece, the Head of Medusa and the Blade of Olympus.
How many gods has Kratos killed?
- In Greek Era Kratos kills about one god in every game (a total of 14 gods), with the most notable exception being God of War III, where he kills a total of 7 gods. It is unknown why many characters, even if they are fully aware of Kratos' demigod status, still call him a mortal.
