The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is widely regarded as one of the best games of all time. Most polls would probably deem it the best in the series. And while we think it's just outside of the top three, that's more of a testament to the franchise's prowess than a sleight on OoT.

You can just sit back and explore a wide-open world full of secrets using button controls, while Skyward Sword makes you stand up and use hit-or-miss motion controls through a linear game that likes to hold your hand.
