Presumedly, Broly would be at least as strong as SSB Goku and Vegeta. Likely even stronger than SSB/Kaiken*20 Goku and Ascended SSB Vegeta. Since there haven't been any new episodes to contradict it, Goku can't use Ultra Instinct anymore. He might use it in this movie, but he might not due to it being canon.

- A writer from Episode 131 of DBS had stated that power wise, SSBE is equivalent to SSGSS Kaioken x20. I find this a bit wonky as Vegeta was no longer getting stronger from the time he was eliminated, whereas Goku goes through EXTREME power ups and boosts.
