Obito does not become evil. He was manipulated into thinking that the evil deeds he was doing was for the betterment of the world. He watched the girl he loved get killed by his own teammate. He was almost killed and recovered and wanted to go back to the village.
Who can kill obito?

- Because Tobi was a thing, and the thought of Obito opting to hide under the alter ego of "Tobi" set people off (it was dumb). Because people seem to think his only motivation has to do with Rin dying, but miss that it's actually based on the world "that caused her to die" (which is a subtle, but important distinction.)
