Early life. Nora was born to Barry Allen and Iris West-Allen sometime between 20 in Central City. She was named in honor of her late paternal grandmother, Nora Allen. In 2024, Barry disappeared after a battle with Reverse-Flash and never returned, leaving Nora to be raised solely by her mother.
