- Escanor is obsessed with Merlin, it aint love. Love suppose to be 2 way which Merlin thinks of Esca just her comrade. She doesnt even consider Esca as her friend. If I were Escanor Id go with Elizabeth to make it a 3 way fight, winner takes the trophy.

- Based on the series though, there is a great chance of them getting together. Merlin is a confusing character and her feelings are never talked about but after Season 4 came out a week ago, I have seen brief hints that she also likes Escanor back! YAY!
