Definitely Garchomp. Mega Garchomp, compared to normal Garchomp, has worse speed, better attack and a niche ability that doesn't work for most teams. The issue with Mega Garchomp is that it's too slow. This is terrible for its case because speed is by far the most important stat in the game.
