Does MTGO replace Mtga?
Arena isn't going to replace MTGO for modern/legacy. It will be the standard/block constructed flagship, and potentially draft as well depending on how its priced. We're never going to see them port all of modern to Arena, that just isn't realistic.

If you enjoy drafting a lot, MTGO is the way to go. Arena lets you draft once to twice per week for free but you pay a ton of money to draft more. MTGO is good too because you can play other formats like Pauper or Modern.
