- The only way enel could have a chance at defeat ing luffy is learning how to use armament haki. His devil fruit which made him a god in skypea is completely useless against luffy who is made out of rubber. However at this point I think that even if enel somehow learns how to use armament haki his chances of beating luffy are low.

- @Victor111 Luffy is always immune to electricity, no matter the voltage, because this is a fictional story. That is what totoofze47 explained. A lot of things don't make sense, like Enel being able to live on the moon without oxygen... You need to take it all with a grain of salt.
