What earth does the DCEU take place?
Earth-89 Earth-89 is a counterpart world of the prime universe, and is similar to it in some ways. It shares a multiverse with the prime world, and is the home of the vigilante known as Batman, along with several other strange beings.
Is the DCEU canon to the Arrowverse?
Yes. Both fictional universes exist within our universe. Technically, the Arrowverse is itself a multiverse with Supergirl and Black Lightning existing on alternate Earths than Flash and Arrow. It is possible DCEU is part of the same multiverse.
