What happens in B: The Beginning?

Premise. In a world powered by advanced technology, crime and action sweep through the archipelagic nation of Cremona. Chief among the major players is "Killer B", a vigilante serial killer who has thrown the city into chaos.

Erika Flick Keith was deeply traumatized when his sister was murdered and became obsessed with finding her killer. He eventually gets over her death when he takes down her killer, Gilbert Ross.
