Originally Answered: Is there a sequel to Full Metal Alchemist? No there isn't BUT there is Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood which is much more accurate and the ending is so much better/fulfilling. I would say the start of original FMA was better as it was much more wholesome but it's ending wasn't really all that good.
