Is the Dr Stone anime series worth watching?
- It's not the best of this season, but it is still absolutely worth watching if you want an unconventional shounen. It's a fun series to follow weekly. If you want something incredible there's always Vinland Saga and Araburu, but if you just want a consistently entertaining and fun show then Dr. Stone is great.

- Dr. Stone is currently airing during the summer 2019 season and will continue into the fall. The series is streaming on Crunchyroll and Funimation. As stated above, Dr. Stone is a science fiction anime about recreation of the world. What’s interesting about the series is that the science going into Senku’s methods are entirely factual.
Is the show Dr Stone based on a true story?
- The show is EXTREMELY unrepresentative on very large portions of said science, along with failing to be realistic on a multitude of levels to the point where it contradicts itself. Saying "I disagree" in response to someone pointing out huge, factual flaws does not work, sorry.
How are the characters drawn in Dr Stone?
- Characters are drawn and animated in a somewhat distinctive way (I felt it's how the western audience would IMAGINE anime) but they look pretty good after You get used to it. Having said that this is a story-driven series and it shows. Third: the sound.
