Periwinkle Periwinkle, often shortened to Peri, is a frost-talent fairy from the Winter Woods and Tinker Bell's twin sister. She appeared in Secret of the Wings, and is one of the two protagonists, and makes a minor appearance in The Pirate Fairy.
