Riot Games has finally released a beautiful cinematic surrounding the newest additions to the Star Guardian universe, including a whole new faction called the Corrupted Guardians. Xayah and Rakan were once Star Guardians who died in the fight against Zoe.
Do Rakan and Xayah get buff?
Xayah, on the other hand, isn't negatively affected at all, because her buff is given to Rakan. Her kit doesn't change in the slightest with or without Rakan. Personally, I believe Rakan's E range should be increased by 50% of the distance between it's current state and the Xayah dash range.

- Each enemy can only be affected once. Both Rakan and Xayah are meant to be a duo: one protector and one damage dealer. They have quite an advantage when laning together with their special traits. However, that doesn’t mean they are weak if they aren’t together.
